Wrexham ended their 87-year stay in the Football League on a high note after winning at Sincil Bank.
Levi Mackin put the Dragons ahead after 11 minutes and Wes Baynes doubled the lead on the half-hour, before Steve Evans put the ball into his own net.
Baynes made it 3-1 before a defensive mix-up allowed Ben Wright to pull one back for Lincoln in the last minute.
But Chris Llewellyn made sure of the points by netting a fourth for the Dragons in injury-time.
