Peterborough 4-0 Lincoln

Peterborough moved back to the top of League Two thanks to two goals each from Aaron Mclean and Scott Rendell.

Mclean fired into the roof of the net for the first and it was only Alan Marriott's heroics which prevented further first-half goals for Posh.

The hosts doubled their lead through Mclean and then Chris Whelpdale's long throw allowed the on-loan striker Rendell to finish from an acute angle.

Rendell made it four late on when he fired through Marriott's legs.
