The Chairboys were thrashed by their visitors earlier in the season, but Monday's game was extremely tight, with only three shots on target.

The first decent effort came just before half-time when Stockport's Anthony Pilkington hit a curling effort just wide of Frank Fielding's goal.

The hosts began the second half brightly but Scott McGleish's header was blocked by Tommy Rowe.
