Substitute Alex Rhodes put the seal on a fine Bradford comeback to drag Notts County towards the relegation zone. The Magpies took the lead through Ryan Jarvis, who hit his first goal since joining on loan from Norwich.
But in-form striker Peter Thorne controlled a pass from Tom Moncur to drill past Russell Hoult and Rhodes crossed for Joe Colbeck to make it 2-1.
Rhodes then exchanged passes with Omar Daley before racing clear to fire home and make it three goals in 13 minutes.
