Accrington lost their 10th home league game of the season as Lincoln rattled in three goals. Stanley were behind after just five minutes when Lenell John-Lewis' cross was deflected to veteran striker Mark Stallard, who fired home.
Shaun Whalley hit the bar for Stanley, but midway through the second half Accrington fell further behind when substitute Ben Wright tapped in.
Soon afterwards Lee Beevers stabbed the ball over the line following a corner.
