Striker Jefferson Louis's last-gasp effort lifted Mansfield off the bottom as Wycombe's play-off charge hit the rails at Adams Park. It took the Stags just eight minutes to stun the home fans when Boulding drilled home after Louis was brought down by midfielder Gary Holt.
The Chairboys equalised just before the break - Scott McGleish heading in off the crossbar following Woodman's cross.
But Louis had the last word with a neat finish in the 89th-minute.
