A last-gasp Neal Bishop goal earned Barnet a hard-earned point after Macclesfield went two goals up inside the first seven minutes. Jimmy McNulty bundled in Adam Murray's free-kick for the first before Reid dispossessed Bees keeper Lee Harrison and slotted into the empty net.
Barnet reduced the deficit straight away when Ashley Carew's corner was powerfully headed in by Liam Hatch.
And Bishop headed home Kenny Gillet's cross late on to draw level.
