Neil Roberts grabbed a fine brace to ease the pressure on Wrexham boss Brian Carey and condemn Accrington to defeat. Roberts put the visitors ahead on 37 minutes bending the ball around keeper Ian Dunbavin from 20 yards.
And he doubled the lead on 66 minutes when he converted Mark Jones' cross from close range.
Moments earlier, David Brown had a chance to level for Accrington but his shot was saved well by visiting keeper Anthony Williams.
