MK Dons came from behind with goals from Lloyd Dyer and Jude Stirling in the final 18 minutes to deny Mansfield. The Stags were fuming at the physical approach of the visitors and Dyer's goal, which they felt did not go in.
Dyer latched on to a through ball ahead of home keeper Jason White which beat covering defenders across the line.
Poacher turned provider when Dyer sent Stirling racing free to seal the win after Michael Boulding had given Mansfield the lead from 12 yards out.
