Chesterfield twice came from behind at Peterborough to claim their first win of the season. Aaron Mclean's looping header put Posh ahead, but after Jack Lester saw his penalty saved by Shwan Jalal, he levelled from close range.
Charlie Lee restored Posh's lead in first-half injury time, but the Spireites sealed the points with two goals in quick succession.
Jamie Lowry scored from 12 yards, and Peter Niven's header won the points.
