Eifion Williams scored twice as top-of-the-table Hartlepool beat their local rivals Darlington 3-0 - making it a club record 22 games unbeaten. Tim Ryan went close for the Quakers with a deflected free-kick but Pools soon began to threaten themselves.
Williams broke the deadlock when he met Micky Barron's clearance to fire home - then added a second with a spectacular lobbed volley after the break.
Andy Monkhouse headed in Pools' third goal after James Brown hit the post.
