Macclesfield striker Colin Heath suffered a suspected broken leg in a comprehensive defeat at Wycombe. Heath and Wycombe keeper Ricardo Batista were both stretchered off following a collision.
Tommy Doherty's stunning 25-yard free-kick fired Wycombe ahead, and Russell Martin's long-range effort doubled the lead.
Matt Bloomfield scored the third and Macc were reduced to 10 men when Jordan Hadfield received a second yellow card.
