Stockport grabbed a deserved win over Walsall as Richard Money's side slipped to a third successive defeat.

Stockport's winner was made by man of the match Tes Bramble, who crossed for Anthony Elding to stylishly volley in.

Elding's second-half volley ensured Stockport claimed an eighth successive win to equal an 80 year club record.

Meanwhile Wayne Hennessey, on loan from Wolves, notched an eighth consecutive clean sheet, thereby equalling Harry Hardy's record that was set in 1921.
