Wycombe lost more ground on the league leaders after recording a fourth successive home draw. Notts County keeper Kevin Pilkington produced three saves in eight minutes to deny Jermaine Easter, Matt Bloomfield and Scott Golbourne.
County improved after the break and it was Wycombe keeper Jamie Young's turn to produce some good saves.
Young, replacing the suspended Ricardo Batista, made good stops to deny David Pipe and Lawrie Dudfield.
