Peter Bore scored a hat-trick as Grimsby thrashed Boston. Bore headed home from five yards to convert Ciaran Toner's chip and then saw a shot palmed by Andy Marriott that James Hunt side-footed home.
Toner scored from 25 yards, while Boston duo Nathan Jones and Francis Green had efforts cleared off the line.
Boston's Drewe Broughton hit the bar before Bore headed his second and later scored at the near post, while Martin Paterson converted from close range.
