Notts County sent woeful Walsall to the foot of League One with a comfortable win at the Bescot Stadium.
The visitors were 2-0 up early on, with Craig Westcarr's fierce shot beating Saddlers keeper Jonny Brain before Lee Miller converted a free header.
The Black Country hosts tried to mount a comeback but Rob Burch smothered Julian Gray's low drive.
And defender Krystian Pearce completed the rout, heading in Ben Davies' cross to move County up to 16th.
Notts County manager Paul Ince told BBC Radio Nottingham: "If I can please the fans then I'm more happy than anybody else. That's my job, that's Alex Rae's job.
"To be fair they were fantastic with the support they gave us today. Nine hundred Notts County fans was an absolutely fantastic effort.
"They made it feel like we were the ones at home - they really, really did".
