Colchester United came back from 2-0 down to beat Leyton Orient in an all-action encounter.
O's striker Alex Revell headed home Dean Cox's free-kick, then deflected Charlie Daniels' cross into the net.
The U's hit back when Matt Heath's left-foot strike found the net after Orient failed to clear a corner.
David Mooney's penalty levelled after Andrew Whing fouled Ashley Vincent, before Brian Wilson's superbly placed free-kick won the match for the hosts.
Colchester United manager John Ward told BBC Essex: "I didn't think we deserved to go 2-0 down. I thought we'd started really well, but to be fair they took their chances.
"It was a test of character once again. That's twice we've gone behind at home, but the body language of the players when we got back to 2-1 was to get the ball back on the spot quickly.
"So I knew at half-time when I was talking to them they believed they could win it."
