Brentford came from behind against Peterborough to record their second successive win.
The visitors took the lead from a twice-taken Grant McCann penalty after a handball by Michael Spillane.
The Bees got back on level terms before half-time thanks to Craig Woodman's free-kick from the right hand side which evaded everyone.
Brentford deservedly scored the winner when Gary Alexander bundled in from close range following a Woodman cross.
Brentford boss Andy Scott told BBC London 94.9: "We've won three out of the last four and considering we've played Peterborough and Charlton and been away to Tranmere.
"We've got the characters in the dressing room, we've always had the the belief.
"They are determined to show people how good they are. I've always had the belief in them."
