Chris Martin's late free-kick earned Norwich a draw with MK Dons after Aaron Wilbraham looked to have won the match.
Norwich dominated early on with Gary Doherty having two goal-bound headers blocked in the first seven minutes.
But Wilbraham put the Dons ahead after defender Russell Martin accidentally touched on Peter Leven's corner.
Norwich took charge again after that with Grant Holt going close, and nine yellow cards showed how desperately Paul Ince's side had to defend.
Norwich manager Paul Lambert told BBC Radio Norfolk:
"I thought we were excellent, I really did, I thought we did everything, their goalkeeper's had one of those games where he's saved a lot from us.
"I'm delighted with the way we kept going and it was well deserved, I always think something can happen, and it's a terrific free-kick from Chris.
"We should have had a stonewall penalty, how he never saw it was incredible, but it's a decent point no doubt."
MK Dons manager Paul Ince told BBC Three Counties Radio: "We played ever so well. I thought first half we were a different class.
"Once we got going we played some lovely football and thoroughly deserved to go ahead.
"For some reason every time we made a tackle, we got a yellow card for it. The chairman isn't happy because he has got to pay another fine for it. We will learn from it."
