Colchester P-P Brentford

Colchester United's League One game against Brentford on Tuesday night has been postponed.

The surface at Colchester's Weston Homes Community Stadium has become saturated after persistent heavy rain since the weekend.

Match official Keith Hill arrived at 1600 GMT to inspect the pitch and decided that it was not playable.

Colchester, who are riding high in League One are yet to announce a new date for the fixture.
