Brentford 1-1 Wycombe

Myles Weston scored a late leveller for Brentford as relegation strugglers Wycombe earned a precious point.

The Chairboys went ahead when Kevin Betsy side-footed an angled drive beyond the reach of Brentford keeper Wojciech Szczesny.

Brentford had to wait until 15 minutes from time before the in-form Weston fired home from the edge of the box to celebrate his new contract in style.

Sam Wood cleared off the line from Bees old boy Matt Harrold late on.

Brentford boss Andy Scott told BBC London 94.9:

"We were poor today but we got a point out of it when it looked like we weren't going to get anything.

"It was a disappointing day in terms of the performance, it was a game we were looking to win and felt that we could win.

"We didn't play anywhere near the levels that we can do."
