Leyton Orient moved out of the League One relegation zone with a hard-fought win over Yeovil.
The Londoners took an early lead when Tamika Mkandawire found the net via a deflection and both posts.
Orient keeper Jamie Jones then kept the scores level with saves from Stefan Stam, Jonathan Obika and Dean Bowditch.
Scott McGleish wrapped up a precious win 11 minutes from time, heading home his ninth goal of the season from Jason Demetriou's corner.
Yeovil manager Terry Skiverton told BBC Somerset:
"We can't find a formula that's working. We've played three or four different shapes and nothing seems to work, so we're going to have to keep working on that.
"We can't keep relying on our home form to dig us out of trouble.
"They know what I think about that performance and what I think about many individuals. They've been told to their face and they've got to come through now and put a performance in because I'm not happy with that."
