Relegation battlers Oldham and Tranmere shared the spoils in a drab draw.
Oldham narrowly shaded a match of few chances but the lowest scorers in League One once again paid for their lack of cutting edge in front of goal.
Tranmere went close to an early lead when Gareth Edds saw his volley deflected wide.
Oldham had the best chance as Pawel Abbott's pass sent Alex Marrow clear and he rounded Luke Daniels only for Zoumana Bakayogo to clear his shot.
Tranmere manager Les Parry told BBC Radio Merseyside:
"We were disappointed with the second-half performance, as at half time we had a word with the lads and said if we carried on the way we were playing we'd end up winning the game.
"That never happened in the second half and we started to mess around a little bit at the back.
"We lost the ball and that lifted them (Oldham) and to be fair they had the better of the second half."
