Ten-man Millwall twice came from behind to earn a thrilling draw at Charlton.
Steve Morison made the most of a couple of errors to hand the Lions a 2-0 lead, but Andy Frampton's foul on Dave Mooney allowed Deon Burton to score a penalty.
Burton scored again after Nadjim Abdou, who saw red for the foul, felled Lloyd Sam and Nicky Bailey volleyed a third.
Dave Martin brought Millwall back level from close range before Morison headed into his own net, only for Danny Schofield to smash a dramatic leveller.
Charlton manager Phil Parkinson told BBC London 94.9:
"Obviously we're disappointed. I just felt at half time we scored the third goal and I thought we'd done it.
"Millwall did well, but we should have killed the game off at 3-2.
"You score at home, you have to win the game, it's as simple as that."
Millwall manager Kenny Jackett told BBC London 94.9:
"It was an exciting game. I'm very proud of my players actually, we put in a good performance.
"We were ahead, but then for the majority of the game we were down to 10 men.
"In those sort of circumstances, against a club like Charlton who are unbeaten at home ,it was a cracking performance."
