Billy Paynter scored twice in Swindon's comfortable victory over Tranmere.
Paynter put his side ahead when he netted from a Jon-Paul McGovern cross and added his second with a neat finish from Kevin Amankwaah's ball in.
Anthony McNamee converted a cross from Temitope Obadeyi as Swindon added to their lead before Chris Shuker headed in a consolation goal for Tranmere.
Simon Ferry fired Swindon's fourth in added time to leave Tranmere second from bottom in League One.
Tranmere caretaker manager Les Parry told BBC Radio Merseyside:
"I think what was disappointing was the way the lads capitulated when we conceded a goal.
"We thought that they may be able to handle a set back and kick on again but that wasn't the case."
Swindon manager Danny Wilson told BBC Wiltshire:
"The first goal was massively important - it did knock a bit of confidence from their point of view - but as the second half progressed we could have had five, six or seven if we'd been more clinical.
"We caused them lots of problems."
