Yeovil's League One survival is still in doubt after they failed to find the mark against a Stockport side that has now failed to score in four games.
A poor opening 45 minutes gave neither set of supporters much to cheer about.
Stockport's best chance came after the interval, when Josh Thompson's downward header bounced up onto the bar.
Yeovil could have snatched the points late on but substitute Luke Rodgers wasted a promising opening when he blazed the ball over the bar.
