Leyton Orient earned three precious points in their bid for League One survival as they battled back from going a goal down to beat Oldham.
Oldham took the lead before the break when Danny Whitaker ran clear and fired home from the edge of the box.
But Scott McGleish levelled from the spot for Orient after Dean Morgan was felled in the box by Reuben Hazell.
And Jason Demetriou fired in the home side's winner with six minutes left, meeting Charlie Daniels's cross.
