Walsall 2-0 Yeovil

Walsall collected their third successive 2-0 win as they saw off a disappointing Yeovil.

Troy Deeney had a goal disallowed for offside in the first half but got on the scoresheet in the 52nd minute from Anthony Gerrard's flick-on.

Gerrard then had to come off injured, forcing Michael Ricketts to fill in at the back, but Alex Nicholls headed in Sofiene Zaaboub's cross to make it 2-0.

That left Yeovil without a win in four games since boss Russell Slade's exit.
