MK Dons' automatic promotion hopes suffered a further blow after a draw which pushed Swindon into the relegation zone.

The home side took the lead with an excellent header by Billy Paynter from Anthony McNamee's cross.

Aaron Wilbraham equalised after the home defence failed to clear a corner.

Simon Cox hit the woodwork with a superb shot and Swindon also missed chances in the second half, before Dean Lewington was sent off late on.
