Leyton Orient's revival under new manager Geraint Williams continued as they made it three games unbeaten with an impressive victory over Hartlepool.
They sealed the win in the 79th minute when Gary Liddle's clearance rebounded off Tamika Mkandawire and into the net.
Lewis Guy had an ambitious volley saved by away keeper Jamie Jones and Andy Monkhouse hooked wide for Hartlepool.
At the other end Adam Chambers saw his 60th minute 20-yard shot tipped round the post by Arran Lee-Barrett.
