Brighton 2-4 Peterborough

Peterborough moved to third in League One with a fine victory at Brighton.

The hosts went in front when debutant Craig Davies tapped in from close range, only for Craig Mackail-Smith to head in Paul Coutts' inswinging cross.

Aaron Mclean tapped in a rebound to put Posh ahead, but Jim McNulty equalised with a half-volley from six yards.

Adam Virgo tripped George Boyd to allow Dean Keates to score a penalty and then Mclean pounced again after Mackail-Smith's shot was saved to wrap it up.
