Goalkeeper Peter Brezovan was the hero for Swindon as his side kept play-off contenders Oldham to a goalless draw.
Brezovan's back four worked hard to protect their keeper, with Lee Hughes providing a real threat for Swindon.
Hughes went close with a pile-driving effort before the break and Brezovan dived to tip away Lewis Alessandra's goal-bound shot late on.
Hamdi Razak's superb late volley came close to snatching a win for Swindon, but they had to settle for a point.
