Danny Wilson's first match in charge of Swindon ended in defeat after a fine display from Brighton's Nicky Forster.

Forster finished off a well-worked move in the 43rd minute to send Brighton on their way to a first win in eight.

He made it 2-0 from the spot after Stuart Fleetwood was fouled by Michael Timlin after a long clearance from Brighton goalkeeper John Sullivan.

Swindon rarely threatened although Timlin almost surprised Sullivan with a long free-kick which clipped a post.
