Millwall moved second in League One after edging out Bristol Rovers.

The Lions went ahead as Tresor Kandol tapped in from close range - then Kandol capitalised on Aaron Lescott's poor back pass to make it 2-0.

Rovers responded quickly as Rickie Lambert headed home Stuart Campbell's corner for his 18th goal of the season.

The visitors threatened, but Gary Alexander smashed in a fine strike to make it 3-1, before Jo Kuffour's neat finish set up a tense finale.
