MK Dons grabbed their fourth successive League One victory with a comfortable win at 10-man Hartlepool.
Pools skipper Sam Collins was sent off in the 27th minute after tangling with Jemal Johnson on the edge of the area.
The Dons went in front when Dean Lewington curled a 20-yard shot into the top corner and doubled the lead soon after when Mark Wright tapped in.
Sean O'Hanlon deflected in Kevin Kyle's shot to make it 2-1 but Daniel Powell added a third, on his debut, late on.
