Defender Gabriel Zakuani scored on his home debut as Peterborough salvaged a point against Tranmere.
With 13 mintues left the centre-back on loan from Fulham headed in Russell Martin's corner as Posh pulled themselves back from two goals down.
Chris Greenacre had headed Tranmere in front on seven minutes before he rounded the keeper to score for 2-0.
Craig Mackail-Smith's header before half time gave Posh hope with Zakuani's goal completing the fightback.
