Leyton Orient ended a run of six away defeats on the spin with a fine display in the goalless draw at Brighton.

The visitors had most of the chances, Ryan Jarvis finding himself well positioned in the area before firing tamely at goalkeeper Michel Kuipers.

Jason Demetriou shot wide seconds after a penalty appeal for handball was rejected for the east London side.

Orient keeper Glenn Morris twice denied Nicky Forster before saving brilliantly from Kevin McLeod in the final stages.
