A superb display by Mark Wright helped MK Dons clinch victory at Huddersfield.
Wright, who sent in a floated corner for Jude Stirling to open the scoring, fired against the post before setting up Peter Leven to tap home a second.
Sam Waldock made it 3-0 when he slotted through the legs of goalkeeper Matt Glennon after running clear.
Huddersfield's Liam Dickinson forced a good save from Willy Geret with a header before Gary Roberts grabbed a late consolation goal for the Terriers.
