Striker Adebayo Akinfenwa scored two penalties as Northampton came from behind to beat Cheltenham at Sixfields.
Gabor Gyepes' own goal gave Cheltenham the lead but Chris Doig rifled home the equaliser before half-time.
Akinfenwa scored his first penalty after Kenny Jackman was fouled and added his second after Luke Guttridge was brought down by Michael Townsend.
