Substitute Scott Dobie's injury-time winner kept Carlisle's automatic promotion hopes alive.
Teenage sub Gary Madine chested down Marc Bridge-Wilkinson's cross and Dobie hit home a volley from 10 yards.
Yeovil took the lead through Marcus Stewart's spectacular 28-yard effort in the 38th minute.
But Peter Murphy made it all square for Carlisle after 76 minutes before Dobie grabbed a brilliant late winner in the last minute of the match.
