Northampton dented their play-off hopes after a goalless draw with Crewe.

Railwaymen keeper Ben Williams turned Ryan Gilligan's drive round the post, saved Andy Holt's header and kept out Danny Jackman's shot in the first half.

At the other end, Mark Bunn produced a superb double save to tip Steven Schumacher's shot onto the crossbar and then foiled Byron Moore.

Williams pulled off another great save in the second half to keep out a goal-bound effort from Poul Hubertz.
