Promotion-chasing Tranmere made it six games unbeaten in League One after they drew away at struggling Brighton. Nicky Forster twice went close for the hosts, first taking the ball too wide after rounding the keeper and then forcing Danny Coyne into a fine save.
Shane Sherriff shot wastefully over and striker Calvin Zola sent a shot on the turn wide as Tranmere threatened.
Brighton had a great chance to win it late on, but Coyne saved Kerry Mayo's header and the spoils were shared.
