Substitute Febian Brandy's second goal in as many games ensured leaders Swansea kept up their promotion push. The striker, on loan from Manchester United, raced onto Guillem Bauza's pass to drill home five minutes from time.
Swansea had taken the lead after 67 minutes when Gary McDonald put Jason Scotland's cut-back into his own net.
Craig Davies levelled nine minutes later from the spot after he was brought down in the box by Ferrie Bodde before Brandy secured the points.
