Nottingham Forest handed new Swindon boss Maurice Malpas a dream start with the club as they gifted the home side victory with two own goals. Swindon took a first-half lead when Forest's James Perch headed Jon-Paul McGovern's free-kick into his own net.
Luke Chambers then equalised for Forest from Aaron Davies' well-flighted free-kick after 63 minutes.
But eight minutes from stoppage time, Ian Breckin headed past keeper Paul Smith to seal Forest's misery.
