| A Steve Fletcher strike helped ease Bournemouth's relegation fears as the forward's first goal of the season gave his side victory over Yeovil. Fletcher scored with a right-foot shot after a cross from Stephen Purches just after the half-hour mark. Yeovil came close when an Arron Davies shot was blocked with Daniel Webb just failing to convert the rebound. But James Hayter and Steve Foley went close for the home side as they comfortably held Yeovil at bay.
