Andrew Surman scored in stoppage time to give Bournemouth a last-minute win against a Gillingham side that has still to claim an away victory. The visitors missed a host of first-half chances before Neil Harris finished from a Matt Jarvis cross.
Bournemouth equalised soon after when James Hayter took advantage of John Wallis' mistake to fire home.
And victory was sealed when Surman dived to head home Hayter's cross in the second minute of stoppage time.
