David Healy marked his Doncaster debut with a second-half winner as they came from behind to beat Millwall.
Steve Morison gave the visitors the lead when he collected a header from Kevin Lisbie before firing in a right-footed shot from six yards.
However, Rovers were level 10 minutes after the break when a cross from the right by Joseph Mills enabled James Hayter to head into the corner.
Healy then swept home from 12 yards to secure the three points.
The Northern Ireland international, who has joined Rovers from Sunderland on an initial month's loan, almost scored his second moments later but fired just wide.
They also went close when Dean Shiels forced David Forde to make a great save with a fierce drive.
Earlier, Millwall had a good chance when Morrison fed Liam Trotter, but his low shot was tipped around the post by Neil Sullivan.
And late on, John Marquis fired wide from 12 yards out as The Lions tried, but failed, to find the equaliser.
