Barnsley earned a massive victory in their fight to stay in the Championship as they beat QPR at Oakwell.
Michael Mifsud - who wasted an early chance - teed up Daniel Bogdanovic to head in Barnsley's opener, before Damien Delaney nodded home a leveller.
But Barnsley won it before the break as Anderson de Silva pounced on a loose ball in the box to rifle his shot home.
Adam Hammill and Mifsud both went close in the second half as the Tykes easily held on for all three points.
Barnsley manager Simon Davey:
"It was a good entertaining game which we thoroughly deserved to win.
"There was only one team in it in the second half and we were always on the front foot. We won every challenge, which was good to see.
"QPR could not handle the pace of our game. It is nice to perform well but the three points are all that were important. We have picked up seven points from nine available."
QPR manager Paulo Sousa:
"I said when I first came here that my ambitions were to create a solid base for next season and we are doing that.
"When you get close to the play-offs, you start to think about it, but a lot of our rivals also dropped points.
"When you see that Nottingham Forest won at Reading you can still believe it's possible."
