Paul Tong hopes Great Yarmouth Town can put the recent players' strike behind them after a great start to 2011.
The Bloaters beat Walsham Le Willows 3-2 to record their first home league win of the season on Monday.
Tong supported his players in strike action over unpaid travel expenses before Christmas, but he's hoping the club can move on from the row.
"Proposals have been put forward and we're doing our best to work through it, I'll be here whatever," he said.
"To be fair to the chairman and everyone involved they're trying to work through it, and the boys have taken that on board.

"You could see today there wasn't one out there that didn't give full commitment or wasn't willing to die for the cause," he added.
Yarmouth's first game of the new year saw two goals from Gavin Norman and one from Scott Woodcock secure a maiden home victory in the league.
Tong said it was a big relief to break that particular record.
"It's a monkey off the back, and I said to the lads, 'It's a new year, 2011, let's do what we did last year,' and last year we were unbeaten at home.
"Today it was a neutral's game, not good for managers, because neither team could defend, it could have been 6-6," he said.
"But we gave everything, we kept going, and I felt Scott Woodcock was outstanding, he was the difference," he added.
Yarmouth, who were newly promoted to the Ridgeons League Premier Division this season, were lifted two places to thirteenth by the win.
