Bromley boss Mark Goldberg believes his growing confidence as a manager has been a major factor in his side's dramatic improvement this season.
The Blue Square Bet South leaders have won all seven of their games so far.
Goldberg told BBC Radio Kent: "We do believe that we prepared extremely well this pre-season.
"It's also a result of three years of learning at this level and learning as a manager - I do feel more confident as a manager."
He added: "I feel I can impose myself on my players and pass on my experience.
"We've got a system that we want to play to and the players are buying into it. It's creating great team spirit and getting results.
Goldberg continued: "I think this season is a result of two or three seasons of building an infrastructure at Bromley Football Club.
"I'm delighted obviously that we've got seven wins on the trot. But we won't get carried away - next we play St Albans at home.
"I believe they've struggled so far this season and we just don't want to be the first team that they get their win against.
"We're going to keep our feet firmly on the ground, work hard this week in training and take every game as it comes."
